Lisa was amazing from the beginning with our phone calls/texts and asking for inspo photos and really listening to what I wanted or didn’t. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly and welcoming. When it came to trying on the dresses she was so helpful and kind. She always made a point to explain the dress style before trying them on and providing additional details as she would help zip me up. She made me feel so comfortable, confident and relaxed about the whole experience and that says something as I’m not a very big feelings kinda girl. I did say yes to the dress when I was there and the dress I picked was actually one Lisa hand picked for me. We celebrated after with bubbly and a delicious spread, which I also recommend for that extra treat. If you are thinking about visiting Sinders Bridal, I highly recommend it. My experience at Sinders Bridal was exceptional.

As an event planner, I appreciated every detail of the experience, from the intake form and consultation call to their Pinterest board that helped me refine my bridal style before my appointment. When I arrived with my mom and future mother-in-law, Lisa had thoughtfully pulled many of the gowns I had selected and guided me through the process with a calm, professional, and gentle approach.

What stood out most was Lisa's ability to listen and pivot. She asked thoughtful questions, helped me identify what I loved (and didn't love), and allowed me to discover the right dress without ever making me feel pressured.

When I found my dress, she completed the look with the perfect veil, and suddenly it all felt real.

The boutique is beautiful, private, and thoughtfully designed, but what stood out most was how special Lisa made the experience feel.

I spend my career creating experiences and memories for other people. For one afternoon, someone was creating a memory for me.

For a few hours, it felt like the rest of the world stopped and I was their only client. Every bride deserves to feel that special.

I was contacted before even going in to give them a vision of what it is I wanted and when I went in for my appointment, dresses were already pulled and then I got to shop around for more.
They also made me feel comfortable about being curvier and still feeling beautiful.
The staff were extremely patient with me while I was making my decision and always were very attentive to what it is I wanted.

Absolutely add Sinders to your shopping list! Out of all the bridal boutiques I visited, this was by far the best overall experience. From the detailed intake call with my consultant to figure out my style and needs to the selection and try on process in-store, I would recommend Sinders to any bride. My consultant Lisa was extremely thorough, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. She was able to pull things that I wasn’t even considering after she got to know me and I ended up finding the dress of my dreams.

Our visit was nothing short of amazing. Lisa helped us pick out the most perfect dress. We went in with a general idea, and to our surprise ended up with a dress that she thought she’d never wear. Lisa took the ideas we liked from each dress, kept pulling dresses as we went along that complimented her body, skin tone, and personality. Our experience was a resounding 10/10. If you don’t leave with THEE dress you’ll definitely leaving knowing what style you want.

Considering I did not expect to find my wedding dress at my first bridal store, I had such a great experience working with Lisa and my friends and family that it was a success! From the moment I reached out, Lisa asked for photos of my preferences and questions about budget. She was so kind and considerate that it made me feel comfortable working with her to find such a beautiful wedding dress. When I was uncertain about my decision, it really helped when she asked me to close my eyes and think about my father walking me towards the aisle and picturing what my fiance's face would look like. That helped me be aware how perfect the dress would be for my wedding day :) Also made my guests all cry just thinking about it, really got everyone seeing it as a reality! SO thankful for Lisa from Sinders and I can't wait to work together through this process!
